Our new 45 minute Crunch Circuit gives you an intense burst of crunches to really get your stomach into condition...
Crunch Circuit Classes are run by Tim on 2 evenings a week (Monday 18.45 and Wednesday 18.00) and by Wai on 2 mornings (Tuesday 9.45 and Saturday 10.30), so get along for an intense and productive circuit! All classes can be booked online using our Class Booking System.
